RealtyPad does not connect to MLS feeds in this version. This page is so you know what to ask your board or broker — not a promise that we are hooked up today.
- You join a local REALTOR® association / MLS.
- The MLS (or a vendor) licenses data under strict rules.
- You get API credentials — not the password you use to log into the MLS website.
- Many vendors offer a standard “RESO” feed: listings, photos, and details in a format software can read.

If we add MLS later, it will be the approved-feed kind — stored per workspace — not logging into the MLS website and scraping the screen.
- Follow your MLS rules of use (what you can show, how long you keep it, whether AI tools are allowed).
- Do not paste MLS exports into random public chats.
- Ask your operator what we store and for how long.
- “Do we have a RESO Web API or MLS Grid license for third-party tools?”
