You can use RealtyPad with just the website. Connecting an assistant (Cursor, Claude, ChatGPT, and similar) means it can add leads, run numbers, and leave notes in your workspace instead of you copying everything by hand.
The connection is a plug called MCP. You do not need to know how it works. You only need the address and a yes in the browser.
Address (no slash at the end):
https://app.realtypad.ai/mcp
{
"mcpServers": {
"RealtyPad": {
"url": "https://app.realtypad.ai/mcp"
}
}
}
Remove the server and add it again. Make sure the URL has no trailing slash.
If you cannot use the browser flow:
Authorization: Bearer ….Treat that token like a password.
Same address. Claude will also ask you to authorize in the browser.
Claude cannot see the how-to files that live in a Cursor project. On a new chat, ask it to call get_agent_manual so it loads the working instructions.
Same address, but ChatGPT needs a public https URL — localhost will not work.
https://app.realtypad.ai/mcp, and choose OAuth.get_agent_manual so it loads the working instructions.| What you see | What to check |
|---|---|
| 401 / no authorize prompt | URL is exactly the one above |
| Empty deals | You authorized a different workspace — switch and reconnect |
| Connection refused | Use https://app.realtypad.ai/mcp, not localhost |
The assistant is tied to one workspace. Details: Working with a team.
Once it is connected, read How we judge a deal so you and the assistant are using the same bar.
