A workspace is one team’s private office. A brokerage, a partnership, and your personal investing can each be their own workspace. Data does not mix.
You can belong to more than one workspace (for example personal + the brokerage).

Every workspace needs at least one owner.
If public signup is on:
- Go to app.realtypad.ai and create a personal workspace.
- You become the owner.
- Start Basic checkout. The first workspace gets a 30-day trial.
From Account → Profile → Workspaces → Create workspace:
- You own the new one.
- Billing is separate (its own subscription).
- No second free trial.
Or join someone else’s workspace with an invite.
- An admin copies a link (
https://app.realtypad.ai/invite/…) and sends it to you.
- Open it. New users set a password for the invited email.
- Existing users sign in with that same email, reopen the link, and confirm Join workspace.
Account menu → Switch workspace. RealtyPad tries to remember your last choice.
¶ Your AI assistant and workspaces
The assistant is locked to one workspace — the one you picked when you authorized it.
- Switch to the right workspace before you connect.
- If you have several workspaces, the authorize screen asks which one.
- After you switch offices, reconnect the assistant (or mint a new key).
See Connect your AI assistant.
¶ Managing the team (owners and admins)
Account → Team:
- Create invite links (tied to an email, as member or admin)
- Cancel unused invites
- Change roles or remove people (you cannot remove the last owner)
