Open the app: app.realtypad.ai
A workspace is your private office inside RealtyPad. Your deals stay in your workspace. Other people’s workspaces cannot see them.
You can:
- Create your own workspace (if signup is turned on)
- Join a team with an invite link
- Use an account your operator set up for you
¶ Sign up and billing
- Click Create a personal workspace (or go to
/register).
- Start the Basic plan. Your first workspace has a 30-day free trial. You add a card, but you are not charged until the trial ends.
- After that, RealtyPad opens a short Getting started walkthrough.
If someone invited you, or you are on a special founder plan, you may skip checkout. Extra workspaces you create later do not get another free trial — see Working with a team.
After billing, you will see Getting started:
- Connect an AI assistant (optional but recommended). Copy the connection details into Cursor, Claude, ChatGPT, or similar, sign in, and ask it to list a couple of deals so you know it is looking at your workspace.
- Extra data sources (optional). RealtyPad already includes listing-search tools. Only add Firecrawl, an MLS connection, or another tool if you need more than that.
- Starter prompts you can paste into your assistant: pull listings, update market trends, add investors, sort the queue, run numbers on a deal.
You can Finish or Skip. Skipping just stops the app from sending you back to this screen every login. You can reopen it from the account menu anytime.
Think of it as giving a trusted helper a key to this office, not the whole building.
- In Getting started or Account → Agent & API, copy the connection URL.
- Paste it into your AI tool’s settings.
- Your browser will ask you to sign in and click Authorize.
- Ask the helper to show a few deals. If you see your deals, you are set.

- Sign in at app.realtypad.ai.
- Finish billing if it is still pending.
- If you have not connected an assistant (and have not skipped the walkthrough), you land on Getting started. Otherwise you land on Deals.
